We provide free support via email. Support consists of answering basic questions and resolving operational issuers.Training can be supplied at an additional cost, please contact us for details.

Support Via Internet:

 

We accept all emails for support, at no cost to you. In all cases, we will respond to your questions. If we feel that the question is a training issue, we will respond accordingly. For support on EBS, email us at Support

 

Data Conversion Costs :

 

It may be possible to import data into EBS from existing systems, we need the following information in order to accomplish a successful transfer

.

Physical copy of the database. The format of the database if you know it. (eg DBase, Access, propriety,Foxpro,etc)
Assistance in ‘mapping’ the fields on the old database to the ones in EBS.

 

Data transfer costs start at £150.00, if the database is non standard, costs may be higher. Conversion time requires up to 15 working days, from the time that we receive your data. If we don’t have sufficient information from you, or cannot get the answers that we need, the conversion process can take much longer.

Custom Contract Creation:

 

We can create contracts in Word format tailored exactly to your company, these can include your own logo and can be in any style you choose. There is a £45.00 charge per contract for this service, which must be paid for at the time the contract is requested.

 

To request a custom contract, we require the following from you:

 

A blank layout of the contract that you want us to print.
An explanation of the fields on the contract. Illustrate where and what fields that you want on the contract, using fields from the EBS system.
Logo needs to be in BMP,JPEG or GIF format. If we are required to scan a logo from existing art work, additional charges will apply.
One contract that has as much detailed, actual (or ‘live’) information as possible.
